We can arrange for the manufacture and supply of specialist protection for Musicians, Motorsport, Industrial, Sleeping, Swimming and Shooting.
With our Smart Optics Scanner, we can create a digital image of your physical ear impressions and have the images transferred to an international laboratory in a matter of minutes. This allows laboratory technicians to commence work within hours instead of the more usual three or four working days when sent via royal mail.
Our fee for medical grade ear impressions, including clinic time and materials, is £55.
Musicians
Elacin has developed exceptional hearing protection, especially for the music industry.
It is protection that limits the adverse effects of noise to a safe level but does not distort the overall sound. Discreet earplugs protect musicians and vocalists while maintaining the music's quality.
Moulds are made in a soft material for comfort, and the filters are available in three levels, ER9, ER15 and ER25, depending on the degree of protection required.
Motorsports
Hearing protection that was specifically developed to combat the noise associated with driving or riding at speed, including wind noise.
Inserts are custom-moulded soft silicone earpieces to offer the highest degree of comfort whilst providing a highly effective acoustic barrier.
They can be comfortably worn under a helmet for continuous use on the road without irritation.
Industrial
Custom ear plugs that are vented and incorporate a passive acoustic filter, attenuating loud noises whilst maintaining the ability of the individual to hear speech and ambient noise and to use telephones and radios.
Excessive background noise is reduced, resulting in increased safety and working comfort. A connection cord can be added by request.
Sleeping & Flight
Custom-made and softer silicone earplugs for people with difficulty sleeping, perhaps due to shiftwork, living in a noisy environment or a snoring partner.
Available with filters or without for even more significant noise reduction.
Swimming
Our range of floatable swim plugs is custom-made and can be either a full shell or a canal fitting.
They are available in many fun colours and can be fitted with an optional connection cord if required.
Shooting
Cens ProFlex Digital Earplugs ( DX1: DX3: DX5 ) are custom-made to fit the contour of each ear, making them compact, lightweight and super comfortable.
The custom fit will ensure that you are protected whilst still able to hear the world around you.
Available in a wide range of models, styles and colours with an optional wireless operation.
Uncompromising on standards, all CENS products are rigorously CE tested to EN352-2&7 levels with a 2-year CENS warranty as standard.
